Trouble at Panera
WELL!!! Every Monday I go to a large group of Senior ladies in Panera. About 12 sit around a table and I try to sneak up to them. Then, I jump out and say LOUDLY,
HELLO EVERYBODY and then just a minute of small loud conversation with a lot of laughs.Today at the next table was a group having a business meeting. One approached me and said their meeting was being interupted by me talking loud and I should be quiet.
I am never rude, but told her in a rising voice that I do this routine every Monday for 2 minutes and for the rest of my Life every Monday I will do the same thing. Now leave us alone.
I was so mad i walked away from the lady friends who all had their mouths dropped open. I felt so sorry for them but I was upset.
When I was leaving Panera, My ladies all screamed at me GOODBYE JIM, SEE YOU NEXT WEEK, with the biggest smiles on their faces aughing and giggling the entire time.
I never heard them all raise their voices before. They were not going to let some younger woman shut down their fun.
Maybe she learned a lesson, leave the seniors alone,
I guess you can still have fun when you get old.
